电驱动系统带载工况下电磁干扰试验

摘要 利用自主研发的电磁兼容试验系统进行了基于带载工况的EMI试验,研究了电驱动系统在多工况下的EMI特性。首先进行了高低压上电传导发射试验研究,发现高压上电对低压系统形成严重耦合干扰;其次进行不同工况下辐射发射和高压传导发射的试验研究,发现带载的辐射发射和高压传导发射EMI明显高于空载,且随着转速的升高电磁干扰值逐渐增大。结合试验研究,对某款电驱动系统在带载状况下高压传导电磁干扰仿真建模,并通过带载EMI试验进行了验证,结果表明在9 kHz~30 MHz频段范围内,电驱动系统各带载工况下的传导发射仿真与测试频谱具有较好的一致性,谐振点误差不超过6 dB,验证了带载仿真模型的准确性。 This paper employs the self-developed electromagnetic compatibility test system to conduct the experimental research on electromagnetic interference based on the load condition,studies the electromagnetic interference characteristics of electric drive system under multiple conditions,conducts the experimental research on high and low voltage power-up conduction emission.Our results show high voltage power-up forms serious coupling interference to the low voltage system.The experimental research on radiation emission and high voltage conduction emission under the load condition is conducted,which reveals the electromagnetic interference of radiation emission and high voltage conduction emission with load is significantly higher than that of no-load,and the law of the electromagnetic interference value gradually increases with the increase of the speed.Combined with the experimental research,the EMI simulation model of high voltage conduction of an electric drive system is verified under load conditions.Our results show in the frequency band of 9 kHz~30 MHz,the conduction emission simulation and test spectrum of the electric drive system under various load conditions have good consistency,and the resonant point error is under 6 dB,which validates the accuracy of the simulation model.
