考虑驾驶风格和舒适性的电动汽车制动能量回收策略

摘要 现有的制动能量回收策略未充分考虑驾驶风格对前、后轴制动力矩分配的影响,降低了能量回收率,增加了制动减速度。为此,提出了一种考虑驾驶风格和制动舒适性的再生能量回收策略,对不同驾驶风格的驾驶员采用不同的权重系数去权衡制动能量回收效率与制动舒适性。设计模糊规则控制器对驾驶员舒适性权重进行分配,建立包含舒适性和制动能量回收效率的多目标优化模型。最后结合考虑电池、电机特性和紧急工况等影响因素确定制动力矩分配策略。仿真结果表明,与其他控制策略相比,所提出的控制策略使驾驶员处于舒适与轻微不适的占比分别增加3.4%和1.58%,并消除严重不适,电池SOC值损失0.3183%。 Existing braking energy recovery strategies do not fully account for the influence of driving style on the distribution of braking torque,which reduces energy recovery and increases braking deceleration.Therefore,this paper proposes a regenerative energy recovery strategy that takes into account driving style and braking comfort and employsdifferent weight coefficients to weigh braking energy recovery efficiency and braking comfort for drivers with different driving styles.A fuzzy rule controller is designed to distribute the weight of driver comfort,and a multi-objective optimization model including comfort and braking energy recovery efficiency is built.Finally,taking into account factors such as battery and motor characteristics,and emergency conditions,a braking torque distribution strategy is determined.Compared with other control strategies,our simulation shows the proposed control strategy increases the drivers’comfort and slight discomfort by 3.4%and 1.58%respectively,while eliminating severe discomfort.And the SOC loss of battery is 0.3183%.
