全媒体时代地方高校传媒人才培养的固本与创新

On Consolidation and Innovation of Cultivation of Media Talents in Local Universities in All-Media Era

全媒体时代,传播技术和传播生态发生剧变,给地方高校传媒人才培养带来了全新的挑战。为了更好地迎接这种挑战,地方高校应努力做到以下几点:一是求变先知变,正确认知全媒体时代因核心之变、技术之变、用户选择之变等形成的传播新生态;二是守正固本,遵循传媒教育的基本规范,培养学生良好的职业素养、价值观与专业技能;三是创新求变,让学生形成“传媒工作者就是杂家、实践家、作家”的正确认知,并通过开设数字媒体技术课程、加强校外实践平台建设等举措,筑就学生宽厚的文化底蕴,使学生具备良好的全媒体素养和实战能力。只有正确理解“固本”与“创新”的相互关系并科学践行,地方高校才能在全媒体时代培养出真正的传媒骨干人才。

In the era of all-media,communication technology and communication ecology have undergone drastic changes,which has brought new challenges to the training of media talents in local universities.In order to better meet this challenge,local colleges and universities should strive to do the following.First,we should seek change and predict change,and correctly understand the new com⁃munication ecology formed by the change of core,technology and user choice in all times.Second,we should adhere to the principle of integrity,follow the basic norms of media education,and cultivate students’good professional quality,core values and professional skills.Third,we should innovate and seek change,and let students form the correct cognition that“media workers are miscellaneous,practitioners and writers”.Through the provision of digital media technology courses,we should strengthen off-campus practice plat⁃forms and other measures,build students’generous cultural background,good media literacy,superior practical ability.Only with a correct understanding of the relationship between“consolidation”and“innovation”and scientific practice,the local colleges and uni⁃versities can cultivate real media backbone talents in the all-media era.
