摘要
病毒检测是诊断和防控的基础,传统的病毒检测方法大多以核酸扩增为主,具有特异性强、灵敏度高、操作简便等特点,但同时也存在着一定的局限性。以试纸条为代表的快速、灵敏、特异性强的检测技术在临床上得到了广泛应用,但存在对标本要求高、操作步骤复杂等问题。因此,建立一种简便、快速、高效的病毒检测方法非常必要。重组酶试纸条检测技术(Recombinant enzyme testing medical capture,RETMC)是一种基于重组酶技术的新型生物传感器,具有操作简单、快速、灵敏等优点,目前在病毒检测方面已得到广泛应用。本文对该技术的原理和应用进行综述,并展望其未来的发展前景。
Virus detection is the basis of diagnosis,prevention and control.Most of the traditional virus detection methods are based on nucleic acid amplification,which has the characteristics of strong specificity,high sensitivity and simple operation,but at the same time,there are certain limitations.The rapid,sensitive and specific detection technology represented by the test strip has been widely used in clinical practice,but it has some problems such as high specimen requirements and complicated operation steps.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a simple,fast and efficient virus detection method.Recombinant enzyme testing medical capture(RETMC)is a novel biosensor based on recombinant enzyme technology,which has the advantages of simple operation,rapid and sensitive,and has been widely used in virus detection.In this paper,the principle and application of this technology are reviewed,and its future development is prospected.
