摘要
我国人民历来有热爱劳动的传统美德。劳动教育是中国特色社会主义教育制度谱系的重要内容,是以改革创新为核心的时代精神的有机组成。大学生劳动教育是树立劳动观念、培养劳动态度、淬炼劳动能力、锻造劳动品德的重要途径。针对劳动教育观念松懈、日常劳动与专业劳动混淆、学校劳动与企业实践脱节、劳动形式浮于表面等问题,构建以专业劳动为核心、以校企协同为引领、以校内实践平台为抓手、以创新创业为突破点的多元协同劳动教育实践模式。
Labor education is a fine tradition of the Chinese nation and an essential part of the socialist education system with Chinese characteristics.It profoundly impacts the mental labor outlook,labor value orientation,and labor skill level of college students.Labor education has problems such as the lax concept of labor education,confusion between daily and professional labor,disconnection between school labor and enterprise practice,and simple labor forms.This paper builds a multi-collaborative labor education practice model with skilled labor as the core,enterprise collaboration as the guide,school practice platform as the starting point,and innovation and entrepreneurship as the breakthrough.
