新形势下财经类毕业生就业意向调查及对策研究——以广西某高校为例

A Survey of Financial Graduates’Employment Intention and Countermeasure Research under the New Situation:Taking a University in Guangxi as an Example

就业是民生之本,高校毕业生的就业问题不仅关乎毕业生自身的职业发展规划,也关乎家庭幸福和国家社会稳定。新形势下财经类毕业生的就业意向出现了新现象,通过文献分析法、问卷调查法,以广西某高校为例,通过对2023届毕业生就业意向进行调查分析,及时了解毕业生就业存在的问题,从政府、企业、高校、家庭、毕业生等五个层面提出改进建议,以期能提供新形势下开展就业工作的对策做法,以供参考。

Employment is the foundation of people’s livelihood.The employment issue of college graduates is not only related to their own career development plans,but also related to family happiness and national social stability.Under the new situation,there have been new phenomena in the employment intentions of financial and economic graduates.Based on this,this article uses literature analysis and questionnaire survey methods,taking a university in Guangxi as an example,and conducts a survey and analysis of the employment intentions of 2023 graduates,in order to timely understand the existing problems in the employment of graduates,and propose improvement suggestions from the five levels of government,enterprise,university,family,and graduates,with a view to providing countermeasures and practices for carrying out employment work under the new situation for reference.
