摘要
职业教育的宗旨是培养受教育者的综合职业能力,职业院校应改革传统的职业教育质量评价体系,基于职业能力本位构建新型职业教育质量评价体系。传统职业教育质量评价体系存在以下困境:社会本位色彩厚重,学生中心地位不突出;过分关注外延指标,内涵指标比重偏低。新型职业教育质量评价体系的内涵包括以培养职业能力为本位、以促进学生发展为中心、采用科学整体评价方案。新型职业教育质量评价体系应具备以下特征:凸显职业教育的类型属性、多元利益主体共同参与评价、评价手段呈现数字化。
The purpose of vocational education is to cultivate the comprehensive vocational ability of educatees.Vocational colleges should reform the traditional vocational education evaluation system and construct a new vocational education quality evaluation system based on vocational ability standard.The traditional vocational education quality evaluation system has the following predicament:strong social standard color,the status of students center is not prominent;Too much attention to extension indicators and low proportion of internal indicators.The connotation of the new vocational education quality evaluation system includes the cultivation of vocational ability as the standard,the promotion of students’development as the center,and the adoption of scientific overall evaluation scheme.The quality evaluation system of vocational education based on vocational competence standard should have the following characteristics:highlighting the type attributes of vocational education,participation of multiple stakeholders in evaluation,and digitization of evaluation means.
