乡村振兴背景下农业院校思想政治教育的创新实践

实施乡村振兴战略,是党的十九大做出的重大决策部署,是新时代“三农”工作的总抓手,对农业院校思想政治教育工作提出了新的机遇和挑战。当前,农业院校应立足“农”字专业特色,擦亮“农”字招牌,育好“农”业人才。通过挖掘课程思政“耕读”元素、建设农业特色校园文化、完善第二课堂学分制度、加大社会实践力度、完善创新创业体系等途径,不断提升育人工作成效,引导大学生不断厚植“大国三农”情怀,培养吃苦耐劳精神,提升自身综合素质,更好地服务乡村振兴。

The implementation of the rural revitalization strategy is a major decision and deployment made at the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,and is the overall focus of the“three rural”work in the new era.It presents new opportunities and challenges for the ideological and political education work in agricultural colleges and universities.At present,agricultural colleges and universities should focus on the characteristics of the“agriculture”major,polish the“agriculture”signboard,and cultivate“agriculture”talents.By exploring the ideological and political elements of the curriculum,building a campus culture with agricultural characteristics,improving the second classroom credit system,increasing social practice efforts,and improving the innovation and entrepreneurship system,they should continuously improve the effectiveness of education work,guide college students to continuously cultivate the“big country,agriculture,and rural areas”sentiment,Improve the spirit of hard work,enhance one’s overall quality,and better serve rural revitalization.
