建筑类工匠成功路径及其启示——南京工业职业技术大学某实训课程思政实践

The Successful Path of Architectural Craftsmen and Its Enlightenment:Curriculum Ideology and Politics Practice of a Practical Training Course at Nanjing Vocational University of Industry Technology

党的二十大报告将大国工匠、高技能人才纳入国家战略人才力量。目前职业院校建筑类专业在课程思政的工匠精神教育中还存在案例陈旧、难以引起学生共鸣等问题。职业院校的实训课程占专业课学时的50%以上,在实训课程中选择适当的方式对学生进行思政教育,相较于课程教学更能起到润物无声和潜移默化的效果。南京工业职业技术大学的“房屋查验与室内环境检测综合实训”课程从引导学生参与梳理和总结当代工匠成功路径的方式进行实训课程思政的实践,取得了良好的效果。

The Report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has bring the Master Craftsmen of China and high skilled talents into the category of national strategic talents strength.At present,there are still some problems in the craftsman spirit education of the architecture major in vocational colleges,such as outdated cases and difficulty to resonate with students.The practical training courses in vocational colleges account for more than 50%of the professional class hours.Choosing appropriate ways to conduct ideological and political education for students in practical training courses are more effective than just curriculum teaching.The“Comprehensive Practical Training on House Inspection and Indoor Environmental Testing”training course of Nanjing Vocational University of Industry Technology has achieved good effects by guiding students to participate in sorting out and summarizing the successful paths of contemporary craftsmen to practice the curriculum ideology and politics education aspects of the training course.
