基于IIS的长距离引调水工程智慧监控架构研究与应用

摘要 由于长距离引调水工程的空间距离长、施工条件复杂以及运行管理协调性难,亟待需要提高工程施工及运行安全管理及预警的水平。为此,以信息集成系统为框架,综合利用BIM+GIS技术与工程运行管理要素,搭建了多维度数据集成的信息管理平台;采用天牛群优化层次分析法实现了监控指标的分级预警,并将各层级的预警指标嵌进BIM+GIS模型,从而构建了长距离引调水工程智慧监控平台。该平台可以实现工程管理的精准可视化,提高工程管理的一体化集成程度和安全监控的能力,为同类长距离引调水工程的安全监控提供了新的方案。 Due to the long spatial distance,complex construction conditions and difficult coordination in operation management of long-distance water diversion projects,it is urgent to improve the level of construction and operation safety management and early warning.In view to this,taking the information integration system(IIS)as the framework and combining BIM+GIS technology with engineering operation management elements,a multi-dimensional data integration information management platform is firstly built.Then,the hierarchical warning of monitoring indicators is achieved using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)based on the beetle swarm optimization(BSO),and the warning indicators at all levels are embedded into the BIM+GIS model,thus a smart monitoring platform for long-distance water diversion projects is finally constructed.This platform can achieve precise visualization of engineering management,improve the integration level of engineering management,and enhance the ability of safety monitoring,which provides a new solution for the safety monitoring of similar projects.
