膜式磺化装置为合成洗涤剂生产过程中不可缺少的化工装置之一。结合碳达峰、碳中和,低碳绿色产业的政策和膜式磺化工艺技术的发展历程,分析介绍膜式磺化工艺技术的优化改进及应用,如通过采用热量回收利用、优化设备形式和配置等措施来节能降耗,实现低碳理念。
The membrane sulfonation device is one of the indispensable chemical equipment in the production process of synthetic detergents.This article reviews the policies of carbon peaking,carbon neutrality,low-carbon green industries,and the development history of membrane sulfonation technology.And in this context,the optimization and improvement of membrane sulfonation technology can save energy and reduce consumption by adopting heat recovery and utilization,optimizing the form and configuration of equipment,etc.,achieving low-carbon concepts.
