“双碳”目标下煤矿废弃地景观优化设计研究——以淮南大通国家矿山公园建设项目为例

摘要 为倡导绿色、低碳、环保的生活方式,推进可持续发展,我国提出了“双碳”目标。煤矿废弃地作为城市生态环保的“痼疾”,其景观优化设计对于生态恢复、城市形象建设乃至地方经济的可持续发展皆具重要意义。文章从城市高质量发展的角度出发,结合“双碳”目标,针对我国煤矿废弃地优化现状,探寻当前国内煤矿废弃地生态修复景观设计过程中存在的问题。并以此为镜,从景观重塑、空间布局、文化传承等层面出发,探讨淮南市大通区煤矿废弃地景观优化设计的可行性办法,旨在为未来煤矿废弃地景观改造实践与研究提供有益参考,着力推行低碳理念,推进城市生态文明建设。 In order to advocate a green,low-carbon and environmentally friendly lifestyle and promote sustainable development,China has put forward the“dual carbon”target.As the“chronic disease”of urban ecological and environmental protection,the landscape optimization design of coal mine wasteland is of great significance to ecological restoration,urban image construction and even sustainable development of local economy.From the perspective of high-quality urban development,combined with the goal of“double carbon”,the paper explores the existing problems in the landscape design process of ecological restoration of abandoned coal mines in China and discusses the feasibility of optimizing the landscape design of coal mine wasteland in Datong District of Huainan City from the aspects of landscape remodeling,spatial layout and cultural inheritance,aiming at providing useful references for the future practice and research of landscape transformation of coal mine wasteland,focusing on the implementation of low-carbon concept and promoting the construction of urban ecological civilization.
