摘要
本文采用模具发泡法制备了聚氨酯泡沫负载的纳米零价铁(PF-n-ZVI),研究了该材料对水中重金属离子Cr(Ⅵ)、Cu(Ⅱ)的去除效果,同时利用扫描电子显微镜和X射线衍射仪对其进行了表征。研究了pH、PF-n-ZVI投加量、重金属离子溶液初始浓度等因素对去除率的影响,并对反应后的PF-n-ZVI进行完全回收。结果表明,PF-n-ZVI能够有效去除Cr(Ⅵ)、Cu(Ⅱ)。在3 h以内,PF-n-ZVI对Cr(Ⅵ)、Cu(Ⅱ)的去除达到平衡。当Cr(Ⅵ)和Cu(Ⅱ)溶液的初始浓度均为300 mg/L、 PF-n-ZVI的投加量均为9g时,Cr(Ⅵ)和Cu(Ⅱ)的吸附量分别为3.02 mg/g和3.24 mg/g,去除率分别为90.64%和96.53%。实验结果显示,PF-n-ZVI在去除水中Cr(Ⅵ)、Cu(Ⅱ)方面具有很好的应用前景。
In this paper,polyurethane foam supported nanosacale zero-valent iron(PF-n-ZVI)was prepared by mold foaming method,and the removal effect of the material on heavy metal ions Cr(Ⅵ)and Cu(Ⅱ)in water was studied.Meanwhile,the prepared PF-n-ZVI was characterized by scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction.The impacting factors including pH,PF-n-ZVI dosage and initial concentration of heavy metal ions solution on the removal rate were studied.The results showed that PF-n-ZVI could effectively remove Cr(Ⅵ)and Cu(Ⅱ).The removal of Cr(Ⅵ)and Cu(Ⅱ)by PF-n-ZVI reached equilibrium within 3 hours.When the initial concentrations of Cr(Ⅵ)and Cu(Ⅱ)solution were both 300 mg/L and the dosage of PF-n-ZVI were both 9.0 g,the adsorption capacity of Cr(Ⅵ)and Cu(Ⅱ)were 3.02 mg/g and 3.24 mg/g,and the removal rates were 90.64%and 96.53%,respectively.The experimental results showed that PF-n-ZVI had a good application prospect in the removal of Cr(Ⅵ)and Cu(Ⅱ)from water.
