锚运破一体机破碎部的结构设计

摘要 锚运破一体机作为掘锚机的后配套设备,主要任务是完成前方掘锚机无法完成或不能及时完成的部分支护作业,同时对掘锚机收集的大于所需粒度物料进行破碎作业并运输。作为执行破碎作业的破碎部,市场中锚运破一体机广泛采用液压马达驱动的破碎机构,为市面中的成品件,其外形及使用性能不能完全满足矿方需求。为针对井下设备个性化定制,自主研发适用性更强的破碎部非常必要。 The anchor,transport and breaking integrated machine as the rear supporting equipment for the anchor excavator,its main task is to complete part of the support operations that the front anchor excavator cannot complete or cannot be completed in time.At the same time,it crushes and transports materials collected by the anchor excavator with a particle size larger than the required size.As the crushing part responsible for carrying out crushing operations,hydraulic motor-driven crushing mechanisms are widely used in the market for anchor,transport and crushing integrated machine.As finished products in the market,their appearance and performance cannot fully meet the needs of mining companies.It is necessary to independently develop a crushing part with stronger applicability for personalized customization of underground equipment.
