抽采条件下采空区瓦斯分布规律模拟及抽采技术研究

摘要 高瓦斯综采工作面采空区及上隅角瓦斯治理一直是影响安全开采的重要因素。以阳煤集团一矿81405综采工作面为研究对象,通过数值模拟方式对高抽巷、采空区埋管抽采条件下瓦斯分布规律进行研究,在此基础上确定高抽巷、采空区埋管最优参数,并对抽采效果进行现场验证。研究结果表明,高抽巷在水平内错回风大巷20 m、高度30~40 m位置、采空区埋管间距20 m时,可以有效降低回风巷及上隅角瓦斯浓度。 The control of gas in the goaf and upper corner of a high gas fully mechanized mining face has always been an important factor affecting safe mining.Taking the 81405 fully mechanized mining face of the No.1 mine of Yangmei group as the research object,the gas distribution law under the conditions of high extraction roadway and goaf buried pipe extraction was studied through numerical simulation.Based on this,the optimal parameters of high extraction roadway and goaf buried pipe were determined,and the extraction effect was verified on-site.The research results indicate that when the high extraction roadway is located at a horizontal staggered return air roadway of 20 m,with a height of 30-40 m,and a buried pipe spacing of 20 m in the goaf,it can effectively reduce the gas concentration in the return air roadway and upper corner.
