摘要
截齿是煤矿采掘机械的关键截割部件,为了研究截齿合适的截割参数,提高煤岩截割的效率,利用Drucker-Prager塑性本构模型与Shear Damage损伤模型建立了镐形截齿截割煤岩的三维有限元模型,分析了不同截割角度、截割深度及相邻截齿间距下,截齿受到的平均切向力、比能耗和煤岩体上的应力分布特征。为镐形截齿的截割工艺优化提供了理论参考,有利于缩短截齿优化设计周期。
The pick is a key cutting component of coal mining machinery.In order to study the appropriate cutting parameters of the pick and improve the efficiency of coal rock cutting,a three-dimensional finite element model of a pickaxe shaped pick cutting coal rock was established using the Drucker-Prager plastic constitutive model and the Shear Damage damage model.The average tangential force,specific energy consumption and stress distribution characteristics on the coal rock mass were analyzed under different cutting angles,cutting depths and adjacent pick spacing.It provides a theoretical reference for optimizing the cutting process of pickaxe shaped pick,which is beneficial for shortening the optimization design cycle of pick.
