自适应单元支架抱箍螺栓断裂失效分析

摘要 单元支架是巷道长距支护的有效形式之一,针对ZQ4000/19/40单元支架在使用过程中出现抱箍、螺栓断裂问题,从分析支架顶梁偏载受力入手,通过简化模型得出了抱箍及螺栓的受力方程,通过分析计算,找到了抱箍螺栓断裂的原因,并给出了改进建议。研究结果为液压单元支架的结构优化和受力分析提供了一定的理论依据,为液压支架设计人员提供了有效的计算方法,提高了整个支架的使用寿命。 Unit support is one of the effective forms of long distance support in roadway.In view of the problem of fracture of brace and bolt during the use of ZQ4000/19/40 unit support,the stress equations of brace and bolt were obtained by simplifying model from the analysis of the unbalance load force of the top beam of the support.Through analysis and calculation,the reasons for the fracture of brace bolt were found and suggestions for improvement were given.The research results provide a theoretical basis for structural optimization and force analysis of hydraulic unit support,provide an effective calculation method for hydraulic support designers,and improve the service life of the whole support.
