摘要
立柱支撑功能失效是造成液压支架高度方向动作无法完成的根本原因,立柱导向套静密封漏液是导致立柱功能失效的主要原因。通过对立柱装配过程中静密封漏液的原因分析,调整导向套上联接螺纹和静密封位置并进行结构优化,有效解决了导向套装配过程对静密封的影响,保证了立柱装配质量,降低了在使用过程的漏液风险。
The failure of the column support function is the root reason for the inability to complete the height direction movement of the hydraulic support,and the leakage of the static seal of the column guide sleeve is the main reason for the failure of the column function.Through analyzing the leakage causes of static seal in the assembly process of the column,the position of the connecting thread and static seal on the guide sleeve were adjusted,and the structure was optimized.The impact of the guide sleeve assembly process on the static seal is effectively solved,ensures the quality of column assembly and reduces the risk of leakage during use.
