掘进后配套用自动跟随式电缆拖拽装置开发

摘要 随着煤矿井下巷道掘进技术的飞速发展,巷道掘进速度越来越快,巷道进尺越来越高,掘进后配套的桥式转载机与带式输送机的搭接长度越来越长,最长搭接长度可达25 m,过长的搭接长度造成掘进机后方作业人员需要频繁地拖拽电缆,不仅劳动强度大,还存在较多的安全隐患,也影响了掘进效率。为此,创新提出一种可实现自动跟随的电缆拖拽装置,有效省去了人工拖拽电缆的工作量,提高了掘进效率。 With the rapid development of underground roadway excavation technology in coal mine,the speed of roadway excavation is getting faster and the footage of the roadway is getting higher.The overlap length between the supporting bridge type transfer machine and the belt conveyor after excavation is getting longer and longer,with the longest overlap length reaching 25 m.The excessive overlap length causes the operators behind the excavation machine to frequently drag cable,which not only has a huge labor intensity,but also poses many safety hazards,and greatly affects the excavation efficiency.Therefore,innovatively proposed a cable dragging device that can achieve automatic following,effectively saves the workload of manual dragging cable,and improves the excavation efficiency.
