摘要
为解决工作阻力在8 000 kN以上的薄煤层液压支架前行人通道宽度与抬底机构布置形式及抬底量之间的矛盾,将杠杆机构引入抬底机构中,在分析了该种抬底机构的位置及组成基础上剖析了其关键技术。实际应用效果表明,该机构可以很好地解决行人通道与抬底形式及抬底量之间的矛盾,为工作阻力在8 000 kN以上的薄煤层支架抬底机构形式提供了一种参考。
In order to solve the contradiction between the width of the pedestrian passage in front of the hydraulic support for thin coal seam with a working resistance of over 8000 kN and the layout type and lifting amount of the bottom lifting mechanism,a lever mechanism was introduced into the bottom lifting mechanism.Based on the analysis of the position and composition of this type of bottom lifting mechanism,its key technology was analyzed.The actual application effect shows that this mechanism can effectively solve the contradiction between pedestrian passage and the type and amount of bottom lifting,and provides a reference for the type of bottom lifting mechanism of thin coal seam support with working resistance of over 8000 kN.
