基于Workbench的十字万向节的多目标优化

摘要 以煤矿用十字万向节为例,通过ANSYS Workbench有限元软件构建了十字万向节局部响应面模型,通过内置专业优化模块Design Exploration对十字万向节结构尺寸及厚度进行多目标优化设计,并给出设计推荐值。结果表明,优化后的十字万向节在降低设计重量的同时其结构强度也满足规范要求,具有较高的经济性与可行性。 Taking the cross universal joints used in coal mine as an example,a local response surface model of the cross universal joint was constructed by using ANSYS Workbench finite element software.Through the built-in professional optimization module Design Exploration,multi-objective optimization design was carried out on the structural dimensions and thickness of the cross universal joint,and design recommendations were provided.The results show that the optimized cross universal joint not only reduces the design weight,but also meets the structural strength requirements of the specifications,and has high economic and feasibility.
