摘要
瓦斯抽采是解决突出矿井瓦斯喷出问题的主要方法,在钻孔施工时容易因瓦斯喷出而造成瓦斯超限。针对现有防喷装备依赖人工操作、安全性较差的问题,研发了一种与钻机集成安装且具有自动断电、封堵功能的瓦斯抽采自动防喷系统。在其主要功能的基础上,对主要部件和电液联合控制系统展开研究。现场试验结果表明:该系统完成自动断电封堵的全流程工作时间不超过5 s;密封性能良好;对钻孔过程中产生的瓦斯喷出起到了有效的防护作用,在一定程度上杜绝了瓦斯超限。
Gas extraction is the main method to solve the problem of gas ejection in outburst mine,and it is easy to cause gas overflow due to gas ejection in drilling construction.Aiming at the problem that the existing blowout prevention equipment relies on manual operation and has poor safety,an automatic blowout prevention system of gas extraction was developed,which is integrated with the drilling rig and has the function of automatic shutdown and plugging.On the basis of its main functions,the main components and electro-hydraulic joint control system were studied.The field test results show that the whole process operation time of the system to complete automatic power off and plugging is less than 5 s.The drill pipe sealing device has good sealing performance.It plays an effective role in protecting the gas ejectation in the process of drilling and prevents the gas exceeding limit to a certain extent.
