摘要
大国的经济发展具有独特的优势,其拥有的超大规模市场可以成为经济发展的战略资源。像中国这样的发展中大国所具有的超大规模市场既可以为我所用,也可能为竞争对手所用,特别是在开放条件下的辩证利用需要深入探讨。超大规模市场优势的发挥并不是外生给定的,而是需要国家内生的创造。本文对超大规模市场优势的概念进行学理辨析和界定,在此基础上论证其作为一种国家推动经济发展的战略资源,对其辩证利用的三重意涵进行阐释:一是超大规模市场利用种类繁多的市场节点培育消费需求,促进内部分工深化,通过产业间的互为供求培育本土企业的创新能力;二是超大规模市场亦可使本土企业倚仗巨大的市场规模而产生懈怠心理,削弱企业家精神;三是超大规模市场如果被外国企业利用,则会阻碍本土企业的创新与发展。因此,发挥好中国超大规模市场优势,需要充分发挥消费者的力量,同时也要积极培育具有全球竞争力的本土企业并制定符合中国国情的对外开放战略。
The world is undergoing profound changes unseen in a century,and the competition among countries in the field of cutting‐edge science and technology is becoming increasingly fierce.Therefore,the economic transformation to high‐quality development is the inevitable choice for China to win the initiative in the new round of international competition.China is the world’s second‐largest economy with one of the largest populations and the largest talent pools in the world.Building a national unified market is an important measure to consolidate this advantage,which will surely create a broader space for all types of market players to carry out innovation.At present,existing research has not formed a systematic understanding of the hyperscale market.Only by conducting a full theoretical discussion on the concept and nature of hyperscale market can we better understand the advantages of China in this respect and discuss how to use it.This paper analyzes and defines the connotation of advantages of the hyperscale market;on this basis,it demonstrates that it is a strategic resource that can be utilized by a country to promote economic development and explains the triple meaning of its dialectical utilization.First,the hyperscale market has a wide variety of market nodes to cultivate consumer demand,deepen the internal division of labor,and cultivate the innovation ability of local enterprises through mutual supply and demand among industries.Second,the hyperscale market can make local enterprises rely on the huge market size and produce a slack mentality,weakening the entrepreneurial spirit.Third,if the hyperscale market is exploited by foreign companies,it will hinder the innovation and development of local companies.Therefore,to give full play to the advantages of China’s hyperscale market,we need to give full play to the power of consumers,actively cultivate local enterprises with global competitiveness,and formulate opening‐up strategies in line with China’s national conditions.As a strategic resource that can be used to promote China’s economic development,the hyperscale market is directly related to high‐quality economic development.Therefore,the Chinese government should adopt active industrial policies to guide local enterprises to continue to innovate and avoid falling into the predicament of“spiritual slack”,that is,the decline of entrepreneurship.In addition,while relying on the hyperscale market to promote high‐quality economic development,China should do a good job in the construction of the institutions and market system,improve market supervision,and encourage and guide local enterprises’innovative activities.Only in this way,can the hyperscale market as a strategic resource be truly transformed into the cornerstone of high‐quality economic development in China.
