滚抛磨块材质对SLM成型316L不锈钢表面滚磨光整效果影响的实验研究

An experimental study on the effect of material about barrel finishing block on surface barrel finishing of SLM forming 316L stainless steel

摘要 为了深入研究不同材质滚抛磨块对选择性激光熔化(selective laser melting, SLM)成型316L不锈钢表面滚磨光整效果的影响,选用氧化铝、白陶瓷和棕刚玉3种滚抛磨块进行滚磨光整加工,研究不同材质滚抛磨块对SLM成型316L不锈钢在水平面和垂直面上的表面粗糙度、材料去除率、显微硬度及物相组成的影响。结果表明:棕刚玉磨块的加工效率最高,能显著降低水平面及垂直面的表面粗糙度,其中水平面的表面粗糙度下降率达到68.69%,垂直面的表面粗糙度下降率达到87.53%,并能提高材料去除率、增强显微硬度与残余压应力;相比之下,白陶瓷磨块在保持表面完整性的同时,可有效去除SLM成型缺陷,满足特殊表面需求;氧化铝磨块加工效果位于二者之间。 Three types of barrel finishing blocks,i.e.,alumina,white ceramic,and brown corundum for barrel finishing processing were selceted to investigate the effects of the texture of barrel finishing blocks on the surface barrel finishing of SLM forming 316L stainless steel.The effects of different rbarrel finishing blocks on the surface roughness,material removal rate,microhardness,and phase composition of SLM forming 316L stainless steel in horizontal and vertical planes were studied.The results show that the pro-cessing efficiency of brown corundum grinding blocks is the highest,which can significantly reduce the surface roughness of the hori-zontal and vertical planes.The surface roughness value of brown corundum grinding blocks decreases by 68.69%and 87.53%,respectively for the horizontal and the vertical planes.Moreover,improvement of the material removal rate and strengthening of the microhardness and residual compressive stress are also observed.In contrast,white ceramic grinding blocks effectively remove SLM forming defects while maintaining surface integrity and meeting special surface requirements.Furthermore,the processing effect of alumina grinding blocks is between the above two blocks.
