变形高温合金氧化行为研究的现状

摘要 变形高温合金是制造航空发动机涡轮盘的关键材料。随着发动机推重比的提高,变形高温合金的合金化程度和使用温度越来越高,导致其在使用和均匀化处理过程中的氧化愈发严重。评述了对变形高温合金氧化行为研究的现状,包括研究氧化行为的方法、氧化动力学、氧化产物、氧化膜形成过程以及提高变形高温合金抗氧化性能的主要措施。此外,探讨了现有研究的不足之处和展望了今后的研究方向,如变形高温合金不同氧化阶段的氧化特征及合金元素对变形高温合金氧化行为的影响机制等。 Wrought superalloy is a key material from which aeroengine turbine disk is made.With the increase in thrust-to-weight ratio of engine,the alloying degree and service temperature of wrought superalloys are becoming higher and higher,which leads to their increasingly severe oxidation during the service and the homogenization.The present situation of the research on oxidation behaviors of wrought superalloys,including methods for investigating oxidation behavior,oxidation kinetics,oxidation products,formation process of oxide film,and main measures to improve resistance of wrought superalloys to oxidation,was reviewed.Besides,the shortcomings of existing researches were explored,and the future research directions were prospected,for example,the oxidation characteristics of wrought superalloys at different oxidation stages,the mechanism whereby the alloying elements exert an influence on the oxidation behavior of wrought superalloys,etc.
