摘要
核反应堆冷却系统封头,包括压力容器、蒸汽发生器、稳压器封头等,通常采用锰镍钼钢制作,需具备良好的力学性能,其锻件的热处理特别是淬火是关键技术。根据其形状和尺寸等特点,对这些封头锻件分别采用了碗口向下或向上的淬水方式,结果,锻件的力学性能均达到了设计要求。
Coolant system closures in nuclear reactor,including closures of pressure vessel,steam generator and pressurizer,are commonly made from manganese-nickel-molybdenum steel,must be provided with good mechanical properties,and heat treatment of their forgings,particularly quenching,is a key technology.On the basis of their shape and size characteristics,these closures were quenched in a manner that the opening was downward or upward,respectively,and,as a result,the mechanical properties of the forgings all reached the specification up to which they were designed to come.
