摘要
0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb钢是沉淀硬化型马氏体不锈钢。对直径为65 mm的0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb钢试棒进行了1040℃×1 h油冷的固溶处理,随后分别于480℃、550℃、580℃和620℃保温4 h空冷的时效处理。检测了钢的力学性能和显微组织。结果表明:固溶处理随后在不同温度时效处理的0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb钢显微组织由淬火马氏体和回火马氏体组成;随着时效温度的提高,回火马氏体数量增多,钢的强度降低而塑性和韧性提高;高于580℃时效处理的0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb钢强韧性较好。
0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb steel is a type of precipitation hardening martensitic stainless steel.The 0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb steel test bars 65 mm in diameter were solution treated by heating at 1040℃for 1 h and oil cooling,then aged at 480℃,550℃,580℃and 620℃for 4 h and air cooled,respectively.The test bar were tested for mechanical properties and microstructure.The results showed that(a)the microstructure of the 0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb steel solution treated then aged at different temperatures consisted of quenched martensite and tempered martensite;(b)as aging temperature was increased,the steel exhibited more tempered martensite,decreased in strength and increased in plasticity and toughness;and(c)the 0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb aged at temperatures above 580℃gave better strength and toughness.
