增材制造用金属粉末的特性和测试方法

摘要 增材制造用金属粉末的外观、化学成分、粒度、球形度、流动性、密度和空心率等特性均影响增材制造件的性能。目前,增材制造用金属粉末的成分、粒度、流动性和密度均有测试标准,但没有外观、球形度和空心率的测试标准。简要介绍了增材制造用金属粉末的外观、成分、粒度、球形度、密度、流动性和空心率的测试方法和相关标准。 Characteristics of metallic powder used in additive manufacturing,such as appearance,chemical composition,particle size,sphericity,followability,density and hollowness,all have influence on performance of the part fabricated by additive manufacturing technology.At the present,the test standards on composition,particle size,followability and density of metallic powder used in additive manufacturing have been issued,however,the test standards on appearance,sphericity and hollowness have not been worked out.The test methods for appearance,composition,particle size,sphericity,density,followability and hollowness of the metallic powder used in additive manufacturing and the relative standards were introduced briefly.
