摘要
06Cr19Ni10奥氏体不锈钢等边角钢酸洗后发现局部腐蚀。采用宏观检查、化学成分分析和金相检验等方法分析了等边角钢被腐蚀的原因。结果表明:该角钢含碳量高于要求值,含铬量低于要求值,导致晶界形成碳化铬进而贫铬,晶间腐蚀倾向增大,酸洗时被腐蚀。
An equal angle steel of 06Cr19Ni10 austenitic stainless steel was found local corrosion after being pickled.The reason why the equal angle steel was locally corroded was analyzed by means of macro-check,chemical composition analysis,and metallographic examination.The results indicated that the angle steel had carbon content higher than the required value and chromium content lower than the required value,hence was pron to intergranular corrosion due to the formation of chromium carbide and then depletion of chromium at the grain boundary,thus resulting in its being corroded during the pickling.
