摘要
某火力发电厂脱硝热解炉管发生严重泄漏。对泄漏的热解炉管进行了宏观检查、金相检验、硬度检验,以揭示其泄漏的原因。结果表明:由于热解炉入口温度偏低,尿素分解不完全从而附着于管内壁,使管壁发生沿晶腐蚀而开裂,导致热解炉泄漏。
Pipe in denitration pyrolyzation furnace exhibited severe leakage in a heat power plant.The leaking pipe in pyrolyzation furnace was subjected to micro-check,metallographic examination and hardness measurements to discover the cause of its leakage.The results indicated that thepartially decomposed urea adhered to the inner wall of pipe because the temperature at inlet of the pyrolyzation furnace was on the lower side,and,as a result,the pipe wall developed itercrystalline corrosion thereby cracked,resulting in leakage of pyrolyzation furnace。
