中国放射科住院医师职业倦怠现况研究

The current situation of burnout among radiology residents in China

目的探讨放射科住院医师职业倦怠现状及人群特征。方法以全国放射科住院医师为研究对象,对住院医师的基本情况、职业倦怠等方面进行调查。结果3666位参与调查的放射科住院医师的总体职业倦怠发生率为25.8%,情绪衰竭发生率为16.8%,情感疏远发生率为23.2%。男性职业倦怠发生率(32.2%)高于女性(21.1%,P<0.05);西部地区住院医师的职业倦怠发生率最低(21.5%,P<0.05)。放射科住院医师的住培年限(OR=1.27)、医院所在区域(西部,OR=0.70)、性别(OR=0.48)、工作时长(OR=1.44)、查看医学图像时间(OR=1.94)、辐射防护满意度(OR=0.36)、有独立操作机会(OR=0.43)、指导医学生或低年级住院医师(OR=0.61)、失眠情况(OR=2.84)和体育锻炼(OR=0.74)等因素与职业倦怠的发生存在关联。结论放射科住院医师存在一定程度的职业倦怠现象。识别职业倦怠住院医师的特征对于在个人和机构层面上实施干预措施是至关重要。

Objective This study aims to investigate the current status of burnout among radiology resident physicians and identify associated characteristics.Methods A nationwide survey was conducted among radiology residents to gather information on their demographics,burnout,and related factors.Results Out of the 3,666 radiology residents surveyed,the overall prevalence of burnout was 25.8%,with emotional exhaustion occurring in 16.8%and depersonalization in 23.2%.Male residents had a higher incidence of burnout(32.2%)compared to their female counterparts(21.1%,P<0.05).Additionally,residents in the western region exhibited the lowest incidence of burnout(21.5%,P<0.05).Factors associated with burnout among radiology residents included years of training(OR=1.27),hospital location(western region,OR=0.70),gender(OR=0.48),working hours(OR=1.44),time spent reviewing medical images(OR=1.94),satisfaction with radiation protection(OR=0.36),opportunities for independent operation(OR=0.43),supervising medical students or junior residents(OR=0.61),insomnia(OR=2.84),and physical exercise(OR=0.74).Conclusion This study reveals a significant level of burnout among radiology resident physicians.Identifying the characteristics associated with burnout among this group is crucial for implementing intervention measures at both the individual and institutional levels.
