摘要
通过从蒲公英中提取黄酮来作为洗手液中的抑菌成分,表面活性剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠(AES)和椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱(CAB),通过对不同比例的AES和CAB的比值的分析确定最佳的配比。通过实验变量选取AES+CAB(质量分数为30%,AES:CAB=1:2)、甘油(质量分数为3%)、椴树蜜(质量分数为1%)、香精(质量分数为0.1%)、蒲公英提取液(质量分数为50%)。实验证明该洗手液的PH适合人体、粘度合适、起泡性符合要求、可以抑制S.aureus(金黄色葡萄球菌)和E.coil(大肠杆菌)的生长。
By investigating the extraction technology of dandelion,the best extraction technologywas selected and flavonoids were extracted from dandelion to be used as antibacterial components inhand sanitizer.The surfactants were fatty Sodium Alcohol Ether Sulphate(AES)and Cocoamidopropyl Betaine(CAB).The ovtimal ratio was determined by analvzing the ratio of AES and CAB.AES+CAB(mass fraction of 30%,AES:CAB=1:2),glycerin(mass fraction of 3%),linden honey(massfraction of 1%),essence(mass fraction of 0.1%),dandelion extract(mass fraction of 50%)wereselected by the experimental variables.The experiment proved that the PH of the hand sanitizer issuitable for human body,the viscosity is suitable,the foaming proverty meets the reauirements,andit can inhibit the growth of S.ureus(Staphylococcus aureus)and E.cooil(E.coli)
