亚运会对杭州城市发展的综合效益预判与可持续发展对策研究

Research on the Comprehensive Benefit Prediction and Sustainable Development Strategies of the Asian Games for the Urban Development of Hangzhou

本研究从中国式现代化视角出发,对亚运会举办前后的杭州城市发展进行综合效益研判,深入理解亚运会对杭州城市经济和社会的影响,探讨亚运会对杭州城市发展的综合效益,提出可持续发展对策。通过对中国式现代化深刻内涵与显著特点的认识、城市发展与现代化的逻辑关系与现实博弈的剖析以及杭州城市发展的现代化轨迹、现状与挑战的分析,研究认为:亚运会的举办将会使杭州进一步提升经济发展水平,增强城市形象和国际影响力,改善城市基础设施建设,使社会文化和公共服务等社会效益得到全面优化。在此契机下,杭州应秉持“数字与未来”“意识与引领”“品牌与韵味”“汇聚与孵化”的策略,以实现城市的可持续发展。

From the perspective of Chinese path to modernization,this study studies and judges the comprehensive benefits of Hangzhou's urban development before and after the Asian Games,deeply understands the impact of the Asian Games on Hangzhou's urban economy and society,discusses the comprehensive benefits of the Asian Games on Hangzhou's urban development,and puts forward sustainable development countermeasures.Through the understanding of the profound connotation and prominent characteristics of Chinese path to modernization,the interpretation of the logical relationship between urban development and modernization and the realistic game,as well as the analysis of the modernization track,status quo and challenges of Hangzhou's urban development,the study believes that the holding of the Asian Games will further enhance Hangzhou's economic development level,enhance its urban image and international influence,improve urban infrastructure construction,and comprehensively optimize social benefits such as social culture and public services.Under this opportunity,Hangzhou should adhere to the strategies of“digital and future”,“awareness and leadership”,“brand and charm”,and“convergence and incubation”to achieve sustainable development of the city.
