可再生能源制氢合成氨系统风光储氢容量配置方案研究

摘要 可再生能源的快速发展为电力和化工行业带来了机遇和挑战,一方面,由于可再生能源电力消纳问题导致大量的弃水、弃光等能源浪费;另一方面,以绿氢为原料替代碳基化石能源合成氨,可以极大地减少化工行业的碳排放。可再生能源制氢合成氨已经成为可再生能源集中地区最主要的消纳方式之一。因此,本文通过对可再生能源制氢合成氨过程的生产模拟,深入探索风、光、储、储氢等各类要素与系统综合用电成本之间的关系。最终,给出了一定合成氨规模下推荐的风光储氢容量配置建议。 The rapid development of renewable energy has brought opportunities and challenges to the power and chemical industries.On the one hand,due to the problem of renewable energy electricity consumption,a large amount of energy waste such as water and light waste has been caused;On the other hand,using green hydrogen as a raw material to replace carbon based fossil energy to synthesize ammonia can greatly reduce carbon emissions in the chemical industry.Renewable energy for hydrogen production and ammonia synthesis has become one of the main consumption methods in renewable energy concentrated areas.Therefore,this article deeply explores the relationship between various factors such as wind,light,storage,and hydrogen storage on the comprehensive energy consumption cost of the system by simulating the production process of hydrogen production and ammonia synthesis from renewable energy.Finally,recommendations for the configuration of wind and solar hydrogen storage capacity corresponding to the scale of synthetic ammonia were provided.
