斗轮机封闭煤场粉尘治理分析

摘要 现在越来越多的露天、半露天煤场正开展全封闭改造,通过切断粉尘外溢通道,将粉尘扩散的影响限制在封闭煤棚的有限空间内,这对煤棚内部环境质量控制提出了新的挑战。作者通过分析全封闭煤场中粉尘产生的机理,并结合工程实例,总结归纳了各类抑尘设施的实际使用效果和推荐应用场景,对今后全封闭煤场抑尘设施的选择有一定指导意义。 Now,more and more open-pit and semi-open-pit coal yards are carrying out fully closed transformation.By cutting off the dust overflow channel,the influence of dust diffusion is limited in the limited space of the fully closed coal shed,which brings new challenges to the environmental quality control of coal shed.By analyzing the mechanism of dust generation in fully closed coal yard and combining with engineering examples,the author summarizes the practical application effect and recommended application scenarios of various dust suppression facilities,which has certain guiding significance for the selection of dust suppression facilities in fully closed coal yard in the future.
