摘要
基于OECD-TiVA(2021)与世界机器人联合会(IFR)数据库,以社会网络分析方法,考察工业智能化对高技术产业全球价值网络的影响。研究发现:工业智能化通过优化人力资本结构和促进技术创新提升一国高技术产业全球价值网络地位;异质性检验结果显示,工业智能化对低水平研发投入国家、高制度质量国家高技术产业全球价值网络的提升作用更大;进一步分析表明,数字贸易壁垒会弱化人工智能对一国高技术产业全球价值网络地位的提升作用。
Based on the database from OECD-TiVA(2021)and the International Federation of Robotics(IFR),this paper evaluates the impact of industrial intelligence on the global value network of high-tech industries using social network analysis.It finds that intelligent technology enhances the status of a country's high-tech industry in the global value network by optimizing the human capital structure and promoting technological innovation.Heterogeneity analysis shows that industrial intelligence has a greater effect on countries with low levels of R&D investment and countries with high institutional quality.Further analysis shows that the higher the digital trade barrier,the less conducive it is for artificial intelligence to promote the upgrading of high-tech industries.
