摘要
基于沪深交易所2009—2022年上市公司数据,实证检验了数字化转型对企业持续创新的影响。结果发现,数字化转型能显著促进企业持续创新,经过一系列稳健性检验和内生性处理后该研究结论依旧成立。机制分析表明,数字化转型通过创新激励效应、人才吸引效应和协同创新效应促进企业持续创新。异质性检验发现,数字化转型对国有控股上市公司和中西部地区上市公司持续创新的影响更为显著。
Based on the data of A-shares from 2009 to 2022,this paper empirically tests the impact of digital transformation on enterprises'persistent innovation.The results show that digital transformation can significantly promote enterprises'persistent innovation.Mechanism analysis shows that digital transformation promotes enterprises'persistent innovation through innovation incentive effects,talent attraction effects,and collaborative innovation effects.Heterogeneity analysis shows that digital transformation significantly impacts the persistent innovation of state-owned companies and companies in the central and western regions.
