摘要
提出一种由水平超表面和垂直超表面结构组成的宽带广角度超表面吸波器。传统的超表面吸波器在TE波入射时具有广角度的吸收特性,但在TM波斜入射下的角度稳定性差。通过使用垂直超表面结构,该超表面吸波器在TE和TM波斜入射下都具有良好的角度稳定性。正入射时的吸收带宽为2.40~5.06 GHz(相对带宽为71.3%),当TE波和TM波的入射角增大到60°时,吸收带宽为3.04~5.06 GHz(相对带宽为49.9%),所提出超表面吸波器的总厚度为15.2 mm(0.126λ_(L),λ_(L)为最低工作频率处的波长)。
A broadband,wide-angle metasurface absorber with horizontal and vertical metasurface structures is presented.Conventional metasurface absorber with wide-angle absorption characteristic for TE waves exhibits poor absorption stability under oblique TM waves.By employing vertical metasurface structure,the metasurface absorber provides wide-angle absorption stability under both oblique TE and TM waves.Its absorption band ranges from 2.40 to 5.06 GHz(relative bandwidth of 71.3%)under normal incidence,and from 3.04 to 5.06 GHz(fractional bandwidth of 49.9%)when the incidence angle is raised up to 60°for both TE and TM waves.The total thickness of the proposed metasurface absorber is 15.2 mm(0.126λ_(L)),whereλ_(L)is the wavelength at the lowest operation frequency.
