新型胃癌筛查评分系统对福建省长乐区胃癌患者的筛查价值

[目的]探讨新型胃癌筛查评分系统对福建省长乐区胃癌患者的筛查价值。[方法]采用新型胃癌筛查评分系统对符合筛查流程的患者资料进行回顾性分析。根据新型胃癌筛查评分系统的评分结果将2010例患者分为3组:即低危(0~11分)组1340例(66.7%)、中危(12~16分)组568例(28.3%)、高危(17~23分)组102例(5.5%),对3组患者的胃癌检出情况进行对比分析。[结果]2010例中共检出胃癌16例,检出率为0.80%(16/2010)。其中低危组2例,占0.15%(2/1340);中危组5例,占0.88%(5/568);高危组9例,占8.8%(9/102),早期胃癌早诊率分别为:低危组50.00%(1/2)、中危组60.00%(3/5)、高危组44.44%(4/9)。3组患者间胃癌的检出率两两比较,P<0.05。胃癌的检出率高危组8.8%(9/102)明显高于中危组(0.88%)、低危组(0.15%),组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]采用新型胃癌筛查评分系统可以提高胃癌患者的检出率。

[Objective]To explore the value of a new type of gastric cancer screening scoring system for the screen of gastric cancer in Changle district,Fujian province.[Methods]A new scoring system for gastric cancer screening was used to retrospectively analyze the data of patients who met the screening procedures.According to the scoring results of the new gastric cancer screening scoring system,2010 patients were divided into 3 groups:low risk(0-11 points)group(1340 cases,66.7%),medium risk(12-16 points)group(568 cases,28.3%),high risk(17-23 points)group(102 cases,5.5%).The detection of gastric cancer in the 3 groups was compared and analyzed.[Results]A total of 16 cases of gastric cancer were detected in 2010,the detection in the total 2010 subjects.The detection rate was 0.80%(16/2010).There were 2 cases in the low-risk group,accounting for 0.15%(2/1340).There were 5 cases in the middle-risk group,accounting for 0.88%(5/568).There were 9 cases in high-risk group,accounting for 8.8%(9/102).The early diagnosis rates of early gastric cancer were 50.00%(1/2)in low-risk group,60.00%(3/5)in middle-risk group and 44.44%(4/9)in high-risk group,respectively.The detection rate of gastric cancer among the three groups was compared pairwise(P<0.05).The detection rate of gastric cancer in high-risk group was 8.8%(9/102),which was significantly higher than that in middle-risk group(0.88%)and low-risk group(0.15%),and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).[Conclusion]The new gastric cancer screening scoring system can improve the detection rate of gastric cancer patients.
