International Chinese education actively responds to national policy requirements and promotes smart education in depth.It is beneficial to promote the construction of the "three systems"of international Chinese education.It helps to realize standardized and personalized Chinese teaching and improve the sense of gain of teachers and students.It expands the international communication channels of Chinese language and culture and promotes cultural and educational communication between China and other countries.At present,there are some difficulties such as insufficient connectivity of the smart education resources platform,weak digital abilities of teachers and learners,and the insufficient technical quality and competitiveness of educational products.All this could be resolved effectively via the strategies of strengthening standards,improving literacy,ensuring quality,multi-dimensional coordination,innovating technology,emphasizing the people-oriented principle and its demonstration and-guidance role,among other measures.
