无缝隙护理在达芬奇机器人辅助下前列腺癌根治术患者中的应用

Application of seamless nursing in patients undergoing Da Vinci robot-assisted radical prostatectomy

目的探讨无缝隙护理在达芬奇机器人辅助下前列腺癌根治术(RARP)患者中的应用效果。方法选取上海中医药大学附属曙光医院在2020年5月至2023年5月诊治的80例行RARP治疗患者为研究对象,根据入院顺序将其分为对照组与观察组,每组40例。对照组给予常规手术室护理,观察组给予无缝隙护理。通过在院观察及跟踪回访,比较两组患者手术期间至术后7 d内的不良反应发生率以及尿控功能情况,于患者术前1 d与术后7 d时,使用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、贝克焦虑量表(BAI)及汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD),评价两组患者的情绪状态。结果手术期间至术后7 d内,观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组患者尿失禁发生次数、持续时间、失禁量均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。术前1 d,两组SCL-90量表、BAI量表以及HAMD量表总分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后7 d,观察组患者的SCL-90量表、BAI量表以及HAMD量表总分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论无缝隙护理能够明显减少RARP患者的不良反应发生率,有效强化其尿控功能,同时改善其负面情绪。

ObjectiveTo explore the application effect of seamless nursing in patients undergoing Da Vinci robot-assisted radical prostatectomy(RARP).MethodsA total of 80 patients who underwent RARP in Shuguang Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2020 to May 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the order of admission,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine operating room nursing,while the observation group was given seamless nursing.The incidence of adverse reactions and urinary control function were compared between the two groups.Symptom Checklist-90(SCL-90),Beck Anxiety Inventory(BAI)and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)were used to evaluate the emotional state of the two groups one day before operation and seven days after operation.ResultsDuring the operation to 7 days after the operation,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The frequency,duration and amount of urinary incontinence in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total scores of SCL-90,BAI and HAMD between the two groups 1 day before surgery(P>0.05).On the 7th day after surgery,the total scores of SCL-90,BAI and HAMD in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionsSeamless nursing can significantly reduce the incidence of adverse reactions of RARP patients,effectively strengthen their urinary control function and improve their negative emotions.
