Teach-back健康教育模式在提高脑卒中患者出院准备度、出院指导质量及心理韧性中的应用效果

Effect of Teach-back health education model in improving the discharge readiness,discharge guidance quality and mental toughness of stroke patients

摘要 目的探讨Teach-back健康教育模式在提高脑卒中患者出院准备度、出院指导质量及心理韧性中的应用效果。方法选取2021年8月至2022年7月在江南大学附属中心医院神经内外科住院收治的96例脑卒中患者为研究对象,采用随机数字法分为对照组和干预组。对照组采用常规护理模式,干预组在常规护理的基础上采用Teach-back健康教育模式,比较两组患者出院准备度(RHDS)、出院指导质量(QDTS)、心理韧性评定(CD-RISC)数据。结果出院时,干预组RHDS得分[(117.03±6.63)分]高于对照组[(95.59±13.44)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组QDTS得分[(169.87±8.81)分]高于对照组[(140.66±20.98)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组CD-RISC总得分[(74.26±14.36)分]高于对照组[(64.35±12.77)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论Teach-back健康教育模式可明显提高患者的出院准备度、出院指导质量和心理韧性,该模式在脑卒中患者出院准备度中可获得较好的实践效果,有助于帮助患者最大化的掌握脑卒中相关知识,增强其心理韧性,提高卒中后生活质量。 ObjectiveTo explore the application effect of Teach-back health education model in improving discharge readiness,discharge guidance quality and mental toughness of stroke patients..MethodsA total of 96 stroke patients admitted to the Department of Neurology and Surgery,Affiliated Central Hospital of Jiangnan University from August 2021 to July 2022 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the control group and the intervention group by random number method.The control group received routine care,while the intervention group received Teach-back health education on the basis of routine care.The data of Readiness for Hospital Discharge Scale(RHDS),Quality of Discharge Teaching Scale(QDTS)and Connor-Davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC)for stroke patients were compared between the two groups.ResultsAt discharge,RHDS score in the intervention group[(117.03±6.63)points]was higher than that in the control group[(95.59±13.44)points],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The QDTS score in the intervention group[(169.87±8.81)points]was higher than that in the control group[(140.66±20.98)points],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total score of CD-RISC in the intervention group[(74.26±14.36)points]was higher than that in the control group[(64.35±12.77)points],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionsTeach-back health education model can significantly improve patients'discharge readiness,discharge guidance quality and mental toughness.This model can achieve better practical results in the discharge readiness of stroke patients,which is helpful to help patients maximize the knowledge related to stroke,enhance their mental toughness and improve the quality of life after stroke.
