摘要
本文对来自湖北的72份茶叶原样进行检测分析,拟选育出高茶氨酸品系。实验参考《植物中游离氨基酸的测定》(GB/T 30987—2020)中的方法,结合高效液相色谱仪对茶叶中各种游离氨基酸的含量进行检测分析,对其中茶氨酸含量与游离氨基酸含量进行综合分析评估,并筛选出优质高茶氨酸品种作为推广种植质资源。实验通过对茶氨酸总含量、茶氨酸在游离氨基酸中的占比,以及茶叶品种差异进行分析,为高茶氨酸茶的实现提供可参考思路。本文为选育高茶氨酸品系提供一种方案,旨在加强高茶氨酸品种的开发,提升茶叶产品质量和丰富度,便于茶叶产品推广,增强中国茶叶的影响力、竞争力。
In this thesis,72 tea samples from Hubei province were tested and analyzed,and high theanine lines were selected.GB/T 30987—2020,where in the content of various free amino acids in tea is detected and analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography,the contents of theanine and free amino acids were analyzed and evaluated,and the high quality and high theanine varieties were selected as planting quality resources.The total content of theanine,the proportion of theanine in free amino acids,and the differences of tea varieties were analyzed in the experiment.It provides a reference idea for the realization of high theanine tea.In ord to strengthen that development of high-theanine varieties,improve the quality and richness of tea products and facilitate the popularization of tea products,improve the influence and competitiveness of Chinese tea,and even promote to international.
