中国式现代化视域下乡风文明建设研究

党和国家一直以来高度重视农村文明建设工作,乡风文明建设是推进乡村振兴战略的重要步骤,中国式现代化离不开乡风文明现代化。党的十八大以来,乡风文明建设取得一定成就,乡村社会文明程度得到提高,但在社会治理中出现一些比较突出的问题,一些农村存在攀比、浪费等心理;受西方文化冲击,乡村传统文化衰落现象突出;一些农民的精神文化生活质量较低。该文通过理论与实际相结合的方法,为促进乡风文明建设提供切实可行的路径。这需要党和国家高度重视,深入开展移风易俗活动;大力发展新质生产力为乡风文明建设提供物质基础,不断充实乡风文明建设人才队伍。树立系统思维,焕发乡村文明新气象,为农村精神文明建设注入更多活力。

The CPC and the government have always placed great importance on rural cultural development.Building a civilized rural culture is a crucial step in advancing the Rural Revitalization Strategy and an integral part of Chinese modernization.Since the 18th CPC National Congress,significant achievements such as improved social civility have been made in rural cultural development.However,notable issues in social governance remain:some rural areas exhibit tendencies towards comparison and waste;traditional rural culture is declining under the influence of Western culture;and some farmers have low-quality cultural lives.Therefore,feasible paths for promoting rural cultural development promoted are both feasible at theoretical and practical level.The paper emphasizes that the CPC and the government should make efforts,to vigorously promote cultural reform,enhance new-quality productive forces to provide a material foundation,and continually strengthen the talent pool for rural cultural development.By establishing systematic thinking,a new atmosphere of rural civilization can be fostered,thus injecting more vitality into rural cultural development.
