The grassroots Party organizations in rural areas constitute the cornerstone of the operational efficiency and combat effectiveness of the Communist Party of China.To fully leverage the leadership core role and status of rural grassroots Party organizations,it is essential to continuously strengthen and enhance the leading and driving force of grassroots Party building in promoting the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas.Starting with the strategic background of rural revitalization,this paper explores the current situation of rural Party building assisted by the work of the village work team to help rural Party building in rural areas,expounds the great significance of the current rural grass-roots Party building in rural areas to lead rural revitalization,and makes an in-depth analysis of the current challenges in leading rural revitalization through grassroots Party building in the countryside;besides,the paper focuses on the work of the village work team to help the self-construction,institutional construction and governance level of rural grass-roots Party organizations,strengthen grass-roots Party building,and explore the feasible path of leading rural revitalization,which offers a reference for rural grass-roots Party building in leading rural revitalization.
