随着工业化进程的加快,危险化学品在生产、运输、储存等环节中的安全风险日益凸显。因此,构建一个高效、准确的风险监测预警系统对于保障人民生命财产安全、维护社会稳定具有重要意义。文章设计了危险化学品风险监测预警系统的框架,详细阐述了系统的架构功能与系统建设存在的问题,对系统的实施效果进行了评估,并提出了优化建议。

With the acceleration of industrialization,the safety risks of hazardous chemicals in production,transportation and storage have become increasingly prominent.Therefore,it is of great significance to build an efficient and accurate risk monitoring and early warning system to safeguard people’s life and property safety and maintain social stability.A framework of risk monitoring and early warning system for hazardous chemicals are designed,the structure function of the system and the problems existing in the system construction are elaborated,the implementation effect of the system are evaluated,and suggestions for optimization are put forward.
