基于LDW-PSO算法的电动汽车功率分配研究

摘要 以电动汽车为研究对象,使用在MATLAB/Simulink软件环境下开发的高级车辆仿真软件ADVISOR,对EV整车模型进行相应改造,融入模糊控制器,使用基于线性递减权值策略法(LDW)改进的微粒群优化算法(PSO)对模糊控制器的隶属度函数进行了优化,优化后的控制策略可对目标工况下的输出功率进行细化分配.仿真结果表明,在WLTC工况下,动力电池电流均值下降约18.29%,能量损耗减少约2.14%,且功率分配优化效果较为明显. Taking electric vehicles as the research object,the advanced vehicle simulation software ADVISOR developed in the MATLAB/Simulink software environment was used to modify the EV vehicle model accordingly,and the fuzzy controller was integrated.The membership function of the fuzzy controller was optimized using the particle swarm optimization algorithm PSO based on the linear decreasing weight strategy LDW.The output power under the target working condition could be finely allocated by the optimized control strategy.After simulation verification,the results show that under the WLTC condition,the average current of the power battery decreases by about 18.29%,and the energy loss decreases by about 2.14%,and the power allocation optimization effect is relatively obvious.
