海洋工程钢结构管生产线工艺

摘要 海洋工程结构管是海洋平台中的大型管件,是海洋工程产品的重要组成部分,为解决传统钢结构管生产工艺自动化水平低的问题,分析海洋工程钢结构管产品的特点,调研其生产现状,梳理其生产工艺流程,确定采用机械铣边和窄间隙U型坡口焊接等工艺,提出U型生产线工艺方案,并对7个工位的设备进行配置。基于该生产工艺,通过对工位工时进行分析,确定生产线节拍,计算得到生产线的生产能力,验证该工艺能达到提升海洋工程钢结构管生产效率的目的。 Marine engineering structural pipes are large pipe fittings in offshore platforms and an important component of marine engineering products.To solve the problem of low automation level in traditional steel structure pipe production process,based on the analysis of the characteristics of marine engineering steel structure pipe products,the production status is investigated,the production process flow is sorted out,and mechanical milling and narrow gap U-shaped groove welding processes are determined to be used.A U-shaped production line process plan is proposed,and equipment configuration for 7 workstations is carried out.Based on this production process,by analyzing the working hours of the workstations,the production line rhythm is determined,the production capacity of the production line is calculated,and it is verified that this process can achieve the goal of improving the efficiency of steel structure pipes in marine engineering.
