终身学习目标下校外科学教育主体协同机制的建构路径

摘要 多元主体协同机制强调多方参与和合作,这对促进教育高质量公平发展、终身学习教育体系的构建具有积极意义。当下,由于校外科学教育主体之间的协同缺乏理论指导,导致校外科学教育存在学习资源可利用性低、学习内容缺乏统整、学习机会不均等、主体间协同紧密程度较低等问题。基于学习生态系统理论搭建的校外科学教育主体协同机制框架,从四个方面为建构校外科学教育主体协同机制提供了可行路径:加大学习资源的宣传力度;细化科学学习的路径;针对性地倾斜学习资源;以政策促进主体间的合作。 The multi-subject collaborative mechanism emphasizes multi-party participation and cooperation,which is of great significance to promoting the high-quality and equitable development of education and building a lifelong learning education system.However,due to the lack of theoretical guidance for the subjects'collaboration of after-school science education,there are some problems such as the low availability of learning resources,less integration of learning contents,unequal learning opportunities,and low degree of collaboration among subjects of after-school science education.The framework of collaborative mechanism for the subjects of after-school science education based on the theory of learning ecosystem provides feasible paths of constructing the collaborative mechanism for subjects of after-school science education from four aspects:increasing the publicity of learning resources;refining the path for scientific learning;providing learning resources to targeted learners;and promoting cooperation between entities with supportive policies.
