校外科技教育数字化转型发展的探索与思考

摘要 通过丰富课后服务内容、构建科技教育的社会氛围、改变学习方式以及激发教师探索新型科技教育方式,校外科技教育的数字化转型为青少年提供了多样化的科技活动、深度学习的实践体验。上海市科技艺术教育中心等单位的实践表明,利用数字化技术整合教育资源,可有效支持“双减”政策的落地,从而促进教育公平。科技教育数字化转型发展需要全要素协同,包括教育目标、教育内容、教育实践、教育资源和教育评价之间相互配合;加强数字基座建设,实现教育资源的联动与协同;此外,提升师生的数字素养,建立多元化的培养模式也是重要路径。通过上述措施,校外科技教育能更好地满足学生的个性化需求,培养适应未来社会的创新人才。 By creating a social atmosphere for science&technology education,enriching after-school service contents,changing learning methods,and inspiring teachers to explore new forms of science&technology education,the digital transformation of after-school science&technology education has provided young people with diverse technological activities and practical experiences for deep learning.The practice at organizations such as Shanghai Education Center for Art,Science&Technology has shown that digital technologies can integrate educational resources,support the effective implementation of"double reduction"policy,and thereby promote educational equity.The digital transformation and development of science&technology education requires the coordination of all elements,including educational goals,contents,practices,resources,and evaluation.It also needs to strengthen the construction of digital infrastructure to achieve linkage and collaboration of educational resources.In addition,it is an essential path to enhance the digital literacy of teachers and students and establish diversified training models.The above measures can make after-school science&technology education better meet the personalized needs of students and cultivate innovative talents who can adapt to the future society.
